To me, I think of Culver's as the Chick-Fil-A of burger places. Every experience is full of employees that are super polite and courteous. They bring the food to you as it is not a slap together type of chain. The food is delicious, the frozen custard is delicious. I don't believe i've ever had a bad experience at a Culvers. This particular location is one of the only locations close to my area, so it's always a special treat for me when I get to stop by and visit.

I visited the wake forest location today. And by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced!! Jackson was the cook and he was beyond RUDE TO THE POINT I SAW AND HEARD HIS WHOLE INTERACTION WITH THE EMPLOYEES. MY FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. I ORDERED A sourdough melt with bacon well done with cheese sauce and cheese curds. This was the driest burger without any cheese and the bread was burnt. The food itself isn’t the issue — it’s the customer service that left a bad taste. I ordered the Buttery Parmesan Chicken sandwich with no tomato. What arrived at my table was a burger, completely wrong order, tomato included. When I brought it to the counter to have it corrected, instead of a simple apology and a swap, I was met with interrogation. A staff member began asking me to essentially prove that my order was wrong, requesting a specific part of the packaging before she’d agree to fix it. She then walked back to our table with me to inspect the receipt and my family’s food for hersel
