I’m a big fan of Panera, but this location in Waldorf continually disappoints me and I feel compelled just to share with other people so that you’re not surprised. Consistently this location serves very sloppy sandwiches, literally thrown together, falling apart, very little care put into how it’s constructed. When you open up the wrapper the meat that should be inside the sandwich is outside of the sandwich sitting in the wrapper, the tomatoes and lettuce are all over the place. I came in later in the evening bout 45 minutes before closing . customer service was good , food came out quick but was definitely rushed and thrown together and being that my order was to go I didnt notice till I got home and store was closed so I couldn’t go back . quality didn’t seem to matter to the person who made my food .

• The Panera within the MedStar Washington Hospital Center in D.C. • This visit provided a surprising "Ick" based on how the food order came out after what seemed to be a long enough weight to receive. It was supposed to be a grilled cheese sandwich, with some meats added. But if you view the photo it's plain to see the sandwich was not actually grilled - let alone toasted. It was not pleasantly gooey. I had to wait until arriving home to re-prepare this to make it palatable.

Love this Panera. Everyone is always so nice here. There’s one man who works the drive thru who is SOOO nice and friendly. It really makes my day whenever he is working. A few times my order might be wrong, but they quickly remedy it if that’s the case (only issue I’ve had is sometimes they forget one of my sides if I order more than 1 side). My sandwich is always right. I’ve had breakfast and lunch here. I love both, but lunch is more filling.
