This was our first time ordering online and picking up from the drive through. I must say that customizing my salad was far from intuitive. Typically a plus sign (+) means add and a minus sign (-) means subtract. Thankfully the woman at the drive through asked otherwise I would have had nothing but cilantro in my bowl - the one item I did NOT want in my salad bowl. I’m glad she took the time to ask. Now that’s great customer service - thank you! Food was as expected so I’ll certainly be back. Would love to see improvements with the online ordering.

Very poor customer service. I gave my name for my order, and the staff checked but didn’t provide any confirmation or wait time. I waited over 20 minutes with no clear communication, even though there was no line and no other customers waiting. When I asked for an update, the response was rude and dismissive, suggesting I cancel the order instead of explaining the delay. Basic communication and politeness were missing. Please secure the bag. Staple it closed for customer safety. This little piece of tape. Does nothing it is barely on. Yes the food maybe individually wrapped but there are other food items like bread and soup fully exposed.
