Haley Henderson-Pennington★★★★I came in on a day where it was REALLY busy and a lot was going on. Luckily, I had time to sit and wait for my food. I had ordered ahead and Linda and Kat at the front were was trying to help me find my food. Then, Jacquelyn came over to speak with me and hesitantly told me it could be 15-20 minutes. Told her it was no problem and I had my NYT games to play. She offered me a free drink while I waited, apologized profusely, and checked in whenever they were working on my order. It was a hectic day but the customer service was doing a great job.
Danielle Henrichsen★genuinely the worst Panera I’ve ever had. Almost every single velvet vegetable was wilted and old and tasted sour. When I called, they said I couldn’t do a thing about it since I had already left and came through their drive-through and couldn’t come back. Absolutely disgusting absolutely awful workers sound like they don’t even wanna be there either. Never again!!!
Felix Oliver Bacareza★Rude.. especially the people behind the self service counter. I bought some meals today, dine and gave a bit of a tip. Needs customer service training especially that young lady wearing a black uniform on that counter.
Dasma R. Hopkins, B.Sc.★★★Panera ain’t what it used to be despite the fact that this place was loved by my uncle. Not a place to arrive alone without family. The staff can be very strange. All the Panera’s I have visited treated me very strange. However, they treat paying customers superior. Not paying attention to folks who arrive in the restaurant for business meetings and never buy anything. Just don’t be there using the WiFi and not explaining why you’re there if you aren’t purchasing anything yet.
