This used to be an enjoyable place when Ryan was the manager. The employees seemed happy and everything came out perfect but since they fired him the place hasn't been the same. I will no longer be supporting a company that doesn't support good and hard working people.

Worst location ever. Came 2 weeks ago and forgot to add whip cream to my daughters coffee, I asked them to do it and was willing to pay the up charge, and was told she can’t do it. Last week I came in and ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, when I got it, the whole thing was cold. Didn’t feel like it was even cooked. Went this morning for frozen coffee, they gave me 2 ICED coffee with no cream, they gave me another ice coffee for the error. I didn’t have time to wait for it to be fixed. I’ve called 8 times today and still no answer. Just horrible

Went there yesterday, everything was fine until I asked the guy in the drive-thru about my change. He then was rude and told me he hadn't gotten it yet, and then when he did he said to me that he didn't want anything to do with it.

I understand it was Thanksgiving but they should of let me pick out what donuts I wanted without attitude. When she asked if I wanted assorted I told her yes but she didn't even ask me what kind I wanted. The ones she picked for me are ones no one will eat but thanks for waisting my money. The manager was at the window so she couldn't talk me. I will never go back to this Dunkin and will go to Clarkston from now on.
