When picking up my food on Saturday 1/31 I noticed a roach crawling across the floor in front of the counter. I pointed out to the cashier and asked for a manager. A young man Alijay approached me as the manager. I showed him the roach and asked for a full refund. He assured me it was an isolated incident AND would NOT issue a refund. He went back around the counter. I called him back over and asked if he understood the severity of this, "Sir it's just a harmless bug" was his response. I've called corporate twice to no avail. I returned today to speak with a store manager, she was not availabl

I felt the food tasted good and I was not disappointed by the portions. Unfortunately, the food was already ready when I walked in (a few minutes before the pickup time on the app). This would usually be good, but it was only somewhat warm as a reault and even less when I got around to eating it.
