I ordered a family meal through the drive through the gentlemen at the window was so very nice. However my food by the time I got home which I live 7 minutes away was cold like it had been sitting out, that isn't my issue as much as the fact that my chicken had hair on it. I know this is a chain and it's not directly the stores fault as much as it is the manufacturer but employees should still check and make sure as it wasn't a little hair it was alot

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Pollo Tropical. The food aside, the biggest issue is the environment inside the restaurant. The manager whose name tag said Yoliedys is constantly yelling at employees, which creates a very uncomfortable and chaotic atmosphere for both staff and customers. On top of that, when I had an issue with my order and tried to calmly explain it, I was completely ignored. Instead of helping or trying to fix the problem, she brushed me off and never actually resolved anything. It felt very unprofessional and frustrating. It’s hard to enjoy your meal

Terrible Family Meal for $20.99. Burnt and tiny chicken, this things should be weighted before giving to customers, didn’t add bread, didn’t ask or gave me any salsas.

I had a great experience at Pollo Tropical. The food was flavorful and freshly cooked, especially the grilled chicken and sides. The place was clean and well organized, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It’s a good spot for a quick meal that still tastes fresh, and I’d definitely eat here again.
