Jeong was such a beautiful dining experience from start to finish. The care and attention put into every dish was so evident, especially in the kimchi preparations throughout the meal. Each one tasted incredibly fresh, crisp, and balanced — flavorful without being overly marinated or overpowering. You could really appreciate the thoughtfulness and quality behind each dish. Jen, the owner, was also an exceptional host. She took the time to explain each dish with such clarity, warmth, and genuine passion, which made the experience feel even more special and personal. The staff was equally atten

While in Chicago for the NRA (restaurant) show, we sought after local and starred restaurants. My colleague found Jeong. I had the pleasure meeting Chef Dave Park and his partner Jen Tran at the restaurant. They offer a seasonal 8 course tasting menu that can be paired with wine. Each course was an amazing culinary journey into Korean flavors, both familiar and wanting more, which made it much more enjoyable. My favorites, the sea bream and the scallops. But everything tasted delicious and beautifully plated. Thank you Chef and Jen for an amazing dining experience and for your warm hospitality

This Korean prefix course is an absolute must-try! The chef has a super creative way of using traditional elements and taking the dish to the next level. It’s so visually appealing and delicious, and the texture was unbelievable. They also added this new dish called Octopus-Kkandpungi last week, and it’s hands down the best thing I’ve ever had in a few years! Scallop dish was also cooked to perfection, but what set it apart from other dishes from Michelin-starred restaurants was the small spinach + trout roe piece that came with it. Strongly recommend trying it with a wine pairing!

I’ve celebrated two of my birthdays here, and both times were amazing. The food is always fresh and delicious, and every guest I brought absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the service is consistently great. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants! 🤍
