I've went to this location twice & I get an order of Plain Bagel Bites & Both times they have been Extremely hard, like a rock, & 12 burnt. Really sucks not being able 2 go somewhere & just can't ever get orderscright!! Bagel Bites Should NOT Look Like the ones in Pic below :(( all burnt inside of it too, & hard as a rock

This place is packed all day long. Did they hire some couple of employees there that are very very rude. They get your order wrong all the time. Any of you tell him something about it they'll snap out. They also have a whole bunch of homeless people that are always hanging around there for 6 and 7 hours. And there's only four tables so we are limited at times. And the managers don't say anything about it. I mean ain't you supposed to be there like 60 minutes. And then let someone else sit on the table. Well that doesn't happen it's getting to be a crowded place where you can't even sit and enj
