I love this store! The staff is always so friendly! The manager always welcomes me with a smile and a Hello! A couple of the team members know me well enough to say hello and even give me a fist bump! Service with smile! The way it should be! Highly recommend!

This place almost never disappoints. The place was packed, but we were served really fast. All the employees were nice and we didn't have to wait for them to make what we wanted. We sat at a table that had a lot or rice on the floor, and someone came over right away and cleaned it up. Orange chicken is the best or course, and the kids ate all of theirs, I was hoping to get some extra. Guess I need to start getting extra for everyone.

While getting Panda recently, the manager held up the line with a yell. "Who made this bowl?" she barked. My friend was baffled as to why his bowl was the subject of scrutiny. Someone admitted to making the bowl, and the manager looked at us and said "Sorry guys, teachable moment". She proceeded to ask him what they've talked about, reminded him of the count of shrimp (6, not 8), and then opened the takeout bowl back up, walked it back up the line, and proceeded to scoop shrimp from my friends bowl back into the serving dish. From a fellow leader of people, here's a *teachable moment* for you

I will never patronize this fast food restaurant again. The food tastes horribly, the customer service was awful and rude, and they do not reimburse for their mistakes. I guess I really should not expect any differently.
