First time trying chick fil a. Was very disappointed. Both the grilled and fried sandwiches were cold and tasted awful. Cold soggy fries. No ice in our drinks. Got nuggets and a few of the sauces to try, nuggets weren’t terrible but Burger King is definitely better. The sauces we chose to try were inedible. Not sure what the hype about chick fil a is all about, best thing we ordered was the fruit cup.

The grilled chicken nuggets were ON POINT!!!! Deliciously seasoned and warm with grill lines. Great flavor and filling. The fruit cup was fresh and felt like it was made just for me.

Pull maps up if it's your first .. 2nd, 3rd, etc time here because the lot for the promenade is a maze. The blonde in me was strong that day. Ordered curbside FROM ONE OF THEIR PRKG SPOTS... ended up stuck in the 2 lane that narrows into one drive thru lane. They were awesome and switched my order to drive thru which I didn't know was an option. In all honesty, the cheese sauce alone was worth the extra time it took from turning into the drive thru line.

I like extra honey butter on my chicken minis. Other locations have NO ISSUE getting this right, even used to work at one myself and know how easy it is to request. These minis were drier than the Sahara desert especially the right corner. They can never get it right and I have had to contact multiple times regarding the matter. Go to another location!
