Not sure if she was the manager or not, but the woman who helped my friends and me was extremely rude. When I got to the counter, she greeted me with, “What are you having?” in a very dismissive tone. The other employees seemed to be doing their best, but she acted as though she was in charge and had a noticeably bad attitude. On top of that, I paid for a full chips and queso, and didn’t realize until I got home that I was given a mini bag with only a few chips (photo attached). I ordered the tortilla soup only to realize it was completely watered down. I'm not sure if it's a qdoba issue as a whole or this location specifically, but it literally tasted like seasoned water with maybe three diced tomatoes inside. The tortilla soup used to be my favorite item on the menu but everything seems to have been cheapened in quality. I wouldn't recommend if they're doing this everywhere, a company watering down their items and minimizing portion sizes is a disgusting form business practice.

Always good food. The employees are pretty on top of good proportions also. The only thing is the fan. You can not hear a dang thing! I have encountered one or two employees throughout a period of time who had a little attitude. But, you never know what someone is going through. I just smile and give thanks. Without them, i wouldnt have my beautiful steak burrito!

They young lady that was on the register with the spiderweb tattoo on her neck and she wear glasses was very rude. No customer service attitude very ugly and just rude. If I go back and she is there I will just go to a different location unfortunately... will no deal with people bad attitude and service
