Fresh quality ingredients! Food is always very good. Nice selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, healthy side options and plenty of hot or cold drinks. Their pick two option is good if you’d like to try a couple different things off the menu at a reasonable price. Fast friendly service with a chill atmosphere or take it to go!

Every time I go in the Morgantown Panera, the employees are NOT friendly nor helpful. I feel like I’m bothering them when I am trying to order. I stood in line at 6:55am. One person in front of me being waited on, the employee made eye contact with me several times while walking back and forth to the toaster, never once said a word to me. After 5 minutes of standing there he informed me that the registered were down and had to use kiosk, went to use kiosk and tried to order a plain began, needless to say, at 6:55am. They had NO plain begals. It is always something with that store.

Ordered a spicy steak bagel that contained only cream cheese and the toppings. I threw it away after one bite. Absolutely disgusting since it was not at all what I purchased. Zero attention to detail.

The food is good but it SLOW especially for pick ups. The food will be ready in the back but just not brought to the front. This has happened multiple times when I’ve done pick up orders. I’ve stood for at least 15 mins every time just waiting for a worker to come up to the front and get my name for the order
