Consistently sends out my delivery order wrong. They do refund it however when I have to reorder the order and get it delivered again it doesn't really cover the inconvenience. Plus it ends up costing more since I lose out on the reward I used with my initial order. This has happened to me twice in two weeks. Time find a new lunch spot, just not consistent enough for me. Just writing this review while I am hungry and waiting on my replacement lunch.

The food is usually delicious, if/when they get it right. There's absolutely no consistency though, which seems like a management problem. Today's sandwich was a $9.00 grilled cheese that had exactly 1 slice of cheese. To go orders are nearly always wrong/missing something and service is often ridiculously slow despite ordering ahead.

I ordered through the drive thru and it took them 30 mins ! Then got the nerve to say it will be another 20 mins because they can’t find my order ! I ordered directly with them through the drive thru.. I asked for a refund the manager didn’t even care ! Worse experience, wasted my whole lunch waiting !

I generally like the food when I order inside, but the drive through and to go orders are terrible! My mediocre “full” salad was the size of a half.. maybe.. there was 1 pecan in it and only 2 small slices of apple. It was filled with iceberg lettuce and tomatoes… horrible! And for the lovely price of $12!!!
