Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. I attempted to calmly explain an issue with my order, only to be met with rude behavior and having the call abruptly disconnected. My order was completely incorrect, despite the receipt on the bag reflecting what I actually ordered, the contents were entirely different. I ordered a burrito, yet received a burrito bowl instead, along with multiple missing items. This reflects a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control, especially considering the order was placed directly through the Chipotle app, not a third-party service. Giv

Ordered on the app well that was a mistake. Didn’t even get a scoop of chicken paid for double. Awful. Waste of money for stupid bowl of rice and veggies
