I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I ordered three sandwiches: two egg-and-cheese croissants and one bacon croissant. After waiting an extended amount of time at the drive-thru window, I checked my order before leaving and noticed one sandwich was missing. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee at the window and did not leave the drive-thru. TOTAL SERVICE FAIL! Did an early morning order during "Open" hours on the mobile app with a detour on a critical morning I needed coffee to stay awake, when I arrived, I get a "I'm not ready yet", when I pressed for details on when they would be ready, the guy said a half hour. When I pressed for a refund, he said I'd have to call customer service. If they werent ready, why were they taking mobile app orders. I tried calling their location after work and it rang for 20 times with no pickup, so I can't even talk to the mgr to resolve the situation.
