First time there Wanted $6 combo with turkey sausage. I was told no I couldn't do it witch is fine bur wasnt giving another option. A suggestion on how to get the combo with turkey sausage would have been great. just a suggestion. Food was hot and fresh tho.

They should not have all the new hires working on the same day. And if blue shirt with glasses wants pleasantries returned to him then he needs to not make me sit at the window for 10 minutes watching my mobile order get cold. I watched three employees serve the inside customers while ignoring the Drive-Thru. And of course it's not until I get to work that I realize they made my order wrong on top of the wasted time and poor customer service. Meanwhile, Dunkin's customer service line was very pleasant and helpful. So if you have issues where your food also got freezing cold by the time you

The young black lady they have on the window does not save the customer experience after waiting in line for over 10 minutes for a coffee. Wont be back and will be getting s refund, my coffee was disgusting after waiting all that time. Disappointed as this is an easily fixable issue with proper management.

We waited in the drive thru for literally 45 minutes for them to literally ask me to pull up and wait for our 2 drinks. We asked her what was taking so long and she said they only had 2 people. Need to shut the building down if you only have 2 staff and it takes an hour to get 2 drinks.
