They need upper management present or a savvy business consultant ASAP. if you are a business minded manager shouldn't you have 2 coffee machines so when one is being cleaned, you use the other one? Just saying...it's more profitable than telling the customer it's gonna take 20 additional minutes to clean the machine or turning customers away, and it's not like McDonalds can't afford to have an additional machine. This place is great early mornings, impeccable but in the weekends when everyone is out and in the afternoons and evenings is a disaster. I said I would wait, I like their coffee. Bu

Waited in line at the drive thru window for about twenty minutes with not even a "we will be right with you". Finally gave up and drove around. Where I saw employees in both windows laughing and joking with other employees. There were no other cars ahead of me but plenty behind me with the same disappointment. If I could give a zero/five I would. No worries, we went to Wendy's where we were in and out within five minutes.

I had the snack wraps with fries and a drink Although they aren't as good as they were back in the day I would still get them again. My mom had the fish and she said it was good. She asked for extra sauce and didn't get it. But the food was good.

Went to get the World Cup meals and Happy Meals since they launched yesterday but when they gave me my food it was just food in bags no cups so I had to ask for them . The person that seemed to be in charge of shift then gave the nice lady at the window to give to me when I look they are already opened like if it was done to see which cup it was before giving which they aren’t supposed to be opened already . And the happy meals were still other toys instead of World Cup squishmallows .
