Fifi Madelyn★Only at corporate Dunkin’ Donuts will they charge you for a water bottle refill. The nice employee had originally not charged to refill the bottle. Then the woman who I believe to be a manager says I have to be charged for the cup. This is not how you get customers. This is not how you grow a business. The two employees working were very kind and maybe this woman was just doing her job but water should be free.
