I was really surprised by the generous protein amount I received for the pho. I’ve done takeout at other pho spots and over half the tray used to be noodles, with a small quantity of protein but this place really impressed me, especially when I’m watching my carbs. The service was great and I appreciate how thoughtful they were about the packaging to ensure the broth didn’t spill on my way home. I had a good experience overall.
