I have been to the one in Kalamazoo (on West Main), and it's a beautiful brand new building. I was told the franchise owner of that one owns this one (don't know if it's true). If this is true, they should do a MAJOR OVERHAUL of this building. The restaurant was empty when I was there, which means it was clean and quiet". The manager recommended that I get the super sampler, and the food arrived to my table, hot and ready to eat. The food itself was adequate. At a fast food restaurant, adequate is pretty good.
