There was a lady there cleaning tables and helping customers. She is a Great asset to this Location. Shows me that at any age you can make a difference in a place. She is great for PR / and I doubt the office even knows how wonderful she is.

This was a fairly chaotic chick fil a. And the bathroom was pretty gross which is not like chick fil a. They had run out of toilet paper and put a roll of crunchy hand wiping - —-paper (can’t even say towel cuz that gives the indicator of relative softness that this sandy scrubber did not have) Poor souls working inside they were unbelievably busy so I’ll give them that. (Also if they had plumbing issues following the lack of toilet paper I wouldn’t be surprised, stiff paper towels should not be flushed in mass down toilet flanges) the coat hook was also missing from the bathroom door may

Always place an order ahead of time and always have to pull forward and wait. What’s the point of a long drive thru if you just have to pull forward and wait. Half the time all the spots are already full and you’re just sitting there anyway and by the time ome opens up they already have the food ready. Complete waste of time having employees run food out when it’s almost ready anyway and making cusomers pull forward. Whoever the manger is needs to learn some management skills on how to properly run a restaurant
