Expected a lot more from the service. The reception was unacceptable. We had to look for a waiter to receive us upon arrival and it wasn’t busy at all. There was absolutely no one FOH. Also why isn’t there a menu for all the cakes and pastries? How would a customer know that there are scones in the corner if no menu is given?

I was looking forward to visiting Mint, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The coffee wasn't particularly good, and the atmosphere wasn't as relaxing as I'd hoped, with children running around the café. What frustrated me most was being refused the WiFi password when I asked for it. It felt inconsistent to see the manager working on a laptop and phone while paying customers weren't allowed to use the WiFi. Everyone has different policies, and that's of course their choice, but it left me feeling unwelcome. Sadly, it's not somewhere I'll be returning to.

The service left much to be desired. The drinks took over 30 mins the food over 2hrs and they kept messing up the orders the one meal was left out and the person was only informed they had run out when every else had received their food. The cake was dry 😕 the waiters didn't offer a second round of drinks and the taste of the food was mid.
