What people say

Excellent service, the plates were presented very well, and the food and coffee was delicious. I had a coffee with activated charcoal (never had this before) that was unique and tasted great.
Everything here is SO DELICIOUS! I especially appreciate the attention to detail and presentation. It is probably one of the more expensive dining experiences in Harare, but it's definitely a place to try out.

Presentation of the food looks great. I am an Eggs Benedict fanatic. Out of all the meals in Zim and abroad this breakfast has traumatized my indigestive system. Flavor was earthy and I now feel ill. Are the other meals good? I have no idea and ill never know. The waiter was very respectful and service was great.

Really loved this place. I had the avocado, chicken and feta toastie. It was delicious! Everyone in our table enjoyed their food. The presentation definitely stood out for us.. The food just looked beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the ambience in general is in the middle of a mall courtyard. Great for a solo meal or with friends.

I’ve never seen a bao bun on a breakfast menu lol. I’ve also never had a bao bun that massive. I highkey struggled to eat it, it would be wiser to make them smaller and serve two instead. Now onto the filling, it was definitely a lot tastier than the ones I’ve been having lately. I think Luna’s ruined my perception of pulled pork though bc now I think that it should always be juicy. This one was on the dry side, perhaps by design even. I don’t remember how the other ingredients tasted, save for the pickles. I guess that means they were npc’s. Yes I ordered fries, it was after 12pm so it was technically lunch. I liked the seasoning that was on them. The waiters were very efficient and friendly. My mom asked for an extra slice of bread and she got two instead from one waiter, then the other one brought three (there was a bit of some miscommunication there where my mom was just updating the second waiter that she’d asked for an extra slice of toast — he’d asked us if we were okay and stu

I had their vietnamese wraps which comes with a really flavourful sauce - pleasant enough. However, they are inconsistent with their service and food. Cheesy beef Burgers are supposed to come with onion rings on top and with carmelized onion inside (as per menu), however, the burger we ordered did not come with these. When we asked this to be changed we were given weary looking onion rings on top and carmelized onions tossed on the side, did not look fresh at all. We sent the burger back a second time and only then did we get carmelized onions INSIDE the burger and fresh onion rings on top of the burger, as per the menu - which means they were not prioritizing customer service and were not apologetic about it. Otherwise, a pleasant and well decorated place.

It’s a warm cafe tucked in Sam Levi’s village as you walk through it. The ambience is really inviting. We had coffee, snicker bar and croissant. Coffee was good though not the right temperature. Snicker bar I won’t recommend and croissant was very good. Customer service was very good. I would definitely visit again.

The food is nice, but I have had two separate occasions where I've witnessed the owner berate and belittle her (black) employees. It was very off-putting to see someone shout at wait staff publicly and in such a condescending way, and on more than one occasion. The quality of the food isn't worth going back.
