Pulled into Mama’s Kitchen around 9:20—small spot, about 15 tables and a short bar, not too busy. Service wasn’t over-the-top friendly, but they handled their business—coffee stayed full, food came out quick, no complaints there. Prices run a little higher than average, but still reasonable. Food was solid overall, around a 7.8/10. Pancake looked right and had that spongy texture I usually like, but the flavor just didn’t show up—needed syrup to carry it. We had a reservation last Saturday for a late breakfast as so glad we did. The place was packed. Despite being so busy our server was attentive and kind. The food was great classic diner breakfast. Gluten free options available

Not sure how this restaurant got 4.7 star rating. The potatoes were.....not great. Why is the omelette square??? The whole meal was lacking in appeal and taste. The service was decent but could be better. The atmosphere needs to be more inviting.
