Pickup order. Very small portions for the sides from fries to salad to coleslaw. No taste to the fries. But most disappointing of all and not because I care for coleslaw but look at this pill bottle they gave me lol. Container cost more than the coleslaw lol. I took my wife to the Belleville Swiss Chalet location for a Mother’s Day dinner. We arrive at 1850hrs and were promptly seated. The restaurant was about 1/4 full. Our server was fantastic. Unfortunately, all we were served was a menu and water. We ordered two roast beef dinners and waited….. At the 50 minute mark a group of about twenty people came into the restaurant and were seated in our section. My wife and I began to discuss leaving since we had received nothing of monetary value. Food is amazing but staff seemed disorganized. The restraunt was about half full and it took 40 minutes for my mother and I to be served. Now I understand if it was busy or if we had ordered something grand but we both ordered the same thing, their roast beef special right off the menue "as pictured" At no point while we were waiting did anyone check up on us or offer us either a refill or even thank us for the wait.
