Nice place for a family dinner. Some concerns: long wait to get food; we had to ask for our Festive Special chocolates; no wipes or handwashing bowls provided with wings and ribs. Food was yummy and our server was great.

Our waiter Divij D was the absolute BEST waiter we have ever had. This location was absolutely slammed but he was almost running his hustle was so good. So personable, good with the kids and so kind. I would say it was understaffed as 5 of us were there for 1.5hrs. but he made up for it.

We went today for our son's birthday. The food was amazing. The roasted beef sandwiches were so delicious and bacon chees burger our son had was sooo yummy. We enjoyed the quality of the food served and the quantity as well. Were absolutely full and happy of having real good food.we were taking care of by : HELENA. Amazing lady great customer service ever. Caring and very professional. We even remembered her from last time she was taking care of us few years ago. Same caring and welcoming lady. At Swiss Chalet our server Jurate was absolute Wonderful. We left another restaurant that was pretty much empty, after waiting 45 minutes at a table not even being acknowledged, let alone asked if we even wanted a drink. Within 5 minutes of sitting down our sever Jurate had been over taking our order. Very friendly, she worked hard to make sure we got our meal as fast as humanly possible. The service was wonderful, the food was excellent and the timing was unbeatable. I will recommend Swiss Chalet to anyone this restaurant for their above and beyond service.
