Ordered a mozza burger combo. it was alright. Not enough sauce and too much lettuce. The wait was extremely long for someone to take my order & the coke was a little flat. Update: I went here a second time & I can say service was much better this time. Food was quick & fresh. They parked us around the corner which I appreciated because it showed they were following procedures when something would take a little longer than what was behind us. (we ordered 2 combos)

I was severely disappointed in the service here. Today me and my husband came through to grab food before our sons Frisbee game and we asked for one chicken burger with NO lettuce, another chicken burger with pickles, and a side of pickles because I never think the put enough. Only to wait (which im perfectly fine doing) for them to completely disregard any of our customization requests and give us burger with no pickles and lettuce on my husband's burger. ALSO forgetting the side of pickles, which in turn made me ball my eyes out as im am 8 and a half months pregnant. I have had the worst 8 m

Extremely poor service at this location. I waited for several minutes while three staff members had their backs turned, engaged in a private conversation in another language. One worker was right near cash but chose to continue chatting rather than checking for customers waiting. No greeting, no apology for the wait, and zero enthusiasm once finally served — they just asked for my order and if I wanted anything else. The experience left me feeling poorly, and with the impression that the staff prioritizes their social time over basic customer service.

Came on a Sunday morning to get breakfast, ordered a bacon & egger, best breakfast sandwich I’ve gotten from any fast food in Georgetown. The iced latte was even good too I just wish they had smaller sizes. Only complaint is that is was a slow, especially for a drive thru
