Shopping here is actually enjoyable, and I really don't typically enjoy grocery shopping. The atmosphere is chill, never seems too busy, the options and prices are great and the staff are fantastic. The check-out staff in particular truly stand out, and seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with customers. I always get compliments from the staff which will for sure make me come back!

One of my favourite places to shop in Milton. I always find quality grocery items, premium olive oils, fresh bakery with our favourite bread loafs and other stuff along with special offers and deals. My kids love the fresh Sushi section and I love the salad bar and fresh food. Highly recommended for all your grocery shopping and some indulgence with quality food!

This location is a great place to shop, with the exception of a single female individual that works on cash or in self-checkout (seen on both). She is short, brown skin colour, and maybe in her 40’s to 50’s. She appears to be regularly in customer reviews at this store as being perceived as "racist," but more consistently, unjustifiably creating scenarios that offer customer’s extremely poor experiences at this store, so much so, that it’s hard to think that she’s still allowed to work at the front, or at this location at all. The Starbucks at this location was very slow, and the coffee tasted burnt. I asked to speak with the Starbucks manager about the issue, but unfortunately she was rude and disrespectful during the interaction. Aside from that, the overall store was great. The kitchen and produce departments were well stocked, and everything looked fresh. I would definitely come back to shop here again, but I’d skip the Starbucks next time because the customer service experience was disappointing.
