Waited over an hour for delivery. Pizza was good, but cold. This is the second time I’ve ordered nachos and a salad, first time was not appetizing. But let it slide, hoping it was just a mistake as the Jessy’s on Main Street is always top quality. This time, the chips are soggy or stale, cold.. cheese is unmelted. The salad has wilted dark green lettuce. Not impressed

Specifically this location (Sackville) I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered here. Nachos are next level when adding chicken or beef, I also add Pineapple :) Lasagna is awesome, Pizzas are tasty, Panzerottis are a big enough for two meals, I usually splurge when I get them and can get them deep fried (it's an occasional treat). Saff is friendly, one time (only) they forgot my drink, BUT delivery driver i had always keeps a couple extra drinks for cases like that and I was able to get a different flavour, but at least I still had a drink, it was greatly appreciated. Ordered mozzarella sticks and a steak poutine (extra steak and cheese curds ). Was told it was going to be 45 mins . Didn't get delivered till 1hr and 25 mins later. On top of it taking forever the fries were over cooked and the mozzarella sticks were soggy. As well the poutine didn't have extra steak or cheese curds and was very salty. As I called to cancel my order for taking too long they answered the phone and when I was telling them about my order they put me on hold, just for them to show up after I waited over 40 mins above the estimated time for the order to arrive. Doesn't even deserve a star. Ordered lunch by phone they took my order said it will be 25 minutes . Waited 20 minutes drove to jessys sackville for them to tell me there's no order. They did offer to do up my order but since I only have so much time for lunch never had time. So in short poor service and ill never go back again. Previously. I would go at least 2 to 3 times a week now I will never give them my business. No excuses
