We chose to seat inside because it was more quiet and the end of the shift. Service was great, polite :) Coffee and carrot cake good, as usual. I did not like the mess that customers leave behind. Every sitting bench was messy :/

In the heart of Mulhouse, two layered, great location, both layer has view to major road of city, plus great panorama to Saint Ettienne Cathedral. Baristos are little not well organized and little slow. Good place and coffee to rest during city tour or shopping.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Starbucks location. My family and I bought four coffees in the morning, and later in the day we returned because we realized we had misplaced our gloves upstairs. As paying customers, we simply walked in to check the area where we had been sitting. Before we even made it upstairs, an employee named Helen stopped us and rudely confronted us, assuming we were trying to use the restroom without permission. She did not ask a single question, did not greet us, and made an immediate, inappropriate assumption about why we were there. Her t
