My family and I bought four coffees in the morning, and later in the day we returned because we realized we had misplaced our gloves upstairs. As paying customers, we simply walked in to check the area where we had been sitting. Before we even made it upstairs, an employee named Helen stopped us and rudely confronted us, assuming we were trying to use the restroom without permission.
