The Michelin star is deserved as much as the five stars from my review! The beef tartare with parsley sorbet was so good, I still dream of it a week later. Cooking on this level is truly an art that I admire. Since I didn't stay at the hotel, I can't rate that. The restaurant is extraordinary but of course this comes at a price - justified in my opinion!
