Roberto Gilardoni★★★★★One week ago I enjoyed a surprise 5 course dinner here with a multinational group of business people. The quality and presentation of the food is absolutely stellar! The Michelin star is deserved as much as the five stars from my review! The beef tartare with parsley sorbet was so good, I still dream of it a week later. Cooking on this level is truly an art that I admire. Since I didn't stay at the hotel, I can't rate that. The restaurant is extraordinary but of course this comes at a price - justified in my opinion!
