The manager’s behavior was beyond unprofessional , when I politely pointed out that the meat was undercooked, he actually laughed in my face. Instead of addressing the issue, he became defensive and argumentative, then proceeded to cut into the food on my plate in front of me to try and prove he was right. It was humiliating, invasive, and completely unacceptable. The entire place feels cold and unwelcoming, with a manager who clearly do not care about their guests.
