This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The manager’s behavior was beyond unprofessional , when I politely pointed out that the meat was undercooked, he actually laughed in my face. Instead of addressing the issue, he became defensive and argumentative, then proceeded to cut into the food on my plate in front of me to try and prove he was right. It was humiliating, invasive, and completely unacceptable. The entire place feels cold and unwelcoming, with a manager who clearly do not care about their guests. Excellent food and outdoor dining experience. We had steak that was cooked to perfection, best yet! All our meals were beautiful presentations and generous portions. Waiters were professional and very welcoming and attentive. Perfect end to a wonderful day in Hannover.
