Absolutely fantastic place to relax and enjoy a complimentary hot drink. When your order is ready, they call you by name, which adds a very personal touch. I had several shopping items in my hands, and Judy, the lady behind the counter — kindly noticed and placed them into a Starbucks paper bag so I could carry everything more easily. Hanna took my order very friendly. I ordered a cappuccino, and it tasted wonderful. What impressed me most was the professionalism: in the service, the product quality, and especially the customer interaction, something I rarely experience in Germany. Thank you

Surely, there are some times that you miss the place where you were and this makes me feel home as I always in SB back in AUH.
