farshad Abdi★We went to this restaurant tonight for dinner, and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in my 35 years. First, it took around 20 minutes just for the waiter to come and take our order. After we finally ordered, we had to wait another 40 minutes before the food arrived. When the pizza was served, as you can clearly see in the photo, a piece had already been taken off. When I asked the waiter about it, his response was completely unprofessional. He simply said, “Don’t worry, no one touched your food, that part was burnt so we removed it.” I found this
Denis Hermann★The food itself was good, which is the only positive aspect of our visit. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We had to wait 2.5 hours for our food. Although the staff apologized, the situation did not improve – in fact, we then had to wait an additional hour just for a single pizza. What made it even more frustrating was that guests who arrived after us were served before we were. Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory and cannot be recommended.

We waited around 40 minutes before asking what was happening, only to be told that a large order from another table was being prioritized first. A simple heads-up would have helped us decide earlier. Very disappointing experience.
