The ribs they offer at this place are prepared using the “Sous Vide” technology, which makes them very tender. Then they prepare them with different flavors. So the food there is worth it. The atmosphere is pleasant. The service is very impressive. You know, in Germany, the service in restaurants is more restrained. Here, however, we came across an exceptional professional. His name is “Jan Hoger”! A super competent waiter who turned our stay in the restaurant into an unforgettable experie

The staff were phenomenal, particularly two of them that are of indian and thai? nationality, excellent service from both of them on the getgo. Both of the gentlemen check up on me regularly and promptly attended to my requests. Should have gotten their names and may the restaurant pass my thanks to them !

It’s located downstairs from our hotel — we didn’t make a reservation, but arriving around 5 p.m. was totally fine. The ribs were smaller in portion compared to what we usually get in North America, but they were longer and had a richer, more layered St. Louis–style sauce.
