Not the best Starbucks experience, just standard. Nice staff and many promotions are attractive. The shop is very small seeing the fact that it’s the only branch in the city. Coffee drinks taste standard good but matcha latte was way tooo diluted. I also tried the new menu espresso brown sugar and it was a miss. Order only basics and desserts at this branch. Cakes and muffins are great.

I always enjoy spend my time here with matcha latte and cheese cake. The place is cozy to hangout alone or with friends. It's also good to learn tho.The staff were also nice and the location is easy to reach. Unfortunately Starbucks in Osnabrück isn't really big like in the other city. So sometimes I couldn't get place.

It’s a Starbucks so you know what you’re getting. And I just like the cafe mocha. But it you are a happy soul that went in, you sure need to shield yourself to stay happy. Because the staff makes it feel like you’re at a funeral. They are obligated to be there to serve the coffee and the cake. So be smart and choose a takeaway 🤓.
