Love the concept! We could try many dishes from around the world. Not sure how authentic they are, but they tasted good. We needed to wait for 6 minutes before ordering the next dish. That’s enough to try all dishes we want within 2 hours. The best ones were chicken with green sauce from peru and all the desserts. Staff were friendly and attentive.

masons Restaurant Trier is unusual in that it is set up to allow you to sample different foods from around the world. Everything is a small plate, just enough for a couple bites. You have a choice on what small plates you want to try. Each person can order up to 20 plates! You can order another plate every six minutes through a tabletop kiosk that is at each table. You are allowed to stay up to two hours. They also have desserts from around the world. The staff was awesome and was very attentive to taking dirty dishes away from the table.
