Pontus Back★★★★I was going to give one star as the during our stay in Zwickau I had a very bad experience with the staff when ordering an cold brew coffee. First they just stood there behind the counter talking to each other and then they were rude. Since we worked late we used the drive thru a few times and the starts goes out to the nice drive thru staff at night time.
danci family★Very rude staff . Cheaters. I order caramel coffee , It was beautiful on picture and must come in glass cup, but they just did regular coffee in plastic cup . I try to explain that is not looking like on photos they provide on menu. They told me that don't need to looks like on menu pictures. Will not recommend this place.
