Terrible Service and Zero Respect for Customers. I am so sorry I had to go through that. It wad incredibly frustrating to sit for two hours while starving, especially when you are traveling and just looking for a reliable meal. Being ignored by management and then seeing your food "hidden" is completely unacceptable and frankly bizarre. I am beyond disappointed and felt completely disrespected after my visit to Moscow Lounge. I was traveling back on my way from Diani Beach and was very hungry, so when I saw the name "Moscow," I thought it would be the best area for a reliable dinner. Instead, it was a disaster. The Experience: • The Wait: I ordered a simple meal of half-beef and French fries. I waited for over 2 hours without any food. Every time I asked, I was told it was "almost ready." • Management: When I finally spoke to the supervisor/manager, he showed no empathy.
