Being ignored by management and then seeing your food "hidden" is completely unacceptable and frankly bizarre. I am beyond disappointed and felt completely disrespected after my visit to Moscow Lounge. I was traveling back on my way from Diani Beach and was very hungry, so when I saw the name "Moscow," I thought it would be the best area for a reliable dinner. Instead, it was a disaster. The Experience: • The Wait: I ordered a simple meal of half-beef and French fries. I waited for over 2 hours without any food. Every time I asked, I was told it was "almost ready." • Management: When I finally spoke to the supervisor/manager, he showed no empathy. Instead of fixing the problem, he just asked if I wanted to drink while I waited. When I told him I don’t drink, h
