The Sour Dough Sandwhiches here are sooo good! Tried both Tuna Melt & Hamuchizu and they were great! I might coming back more for Tuna Melt~ Surprisingly it was soo flavourful! Tartine are nice too but you cannot eat them on your office desk 😅. Love the cafe latte too~ sorry no sandwich pictures as I already ate them without taking any picture 🥲

I visited three W Cafe branches: Menara Shell, Menara Platinum, and Auto Bavaria KL. Although the Menara Shell location is the smallest and has limited seating, I still really like the staff there. They're helpful, promote the food, and the waitresses are always smiling. The food is healthy and delicious. The customer service via WhatsApp were also very quick to resolve the issue, which was great! There is also the W cafe APP, which makes booking convenient for me. I hope the rebate for the app can be changed, as it has been lowered recently. Definitely loyalty customer!!!

A great spot for small gatherings-ideal for 3-5 people. Service is fast even during the lunch rush. The Gekikara Tori don is worth trying if you enjoy a spicy kick, though a slightly larger rice portion would make it even better. The free-flow green tea with the lunch set is a nice touch. Overall, I'd definitely consider coming back.
