If i could give a 6 star , i would. First of all i would like to say the service is here is damn good , the old lady who takes our order [ im sorry if its rude idk how else i can describe you :( ] is very polite , also recommended me the best seller and the most popular menu they have +assisted us where to get all the food utensils and drinks politely . The food here is really good and considering the price and the portion , i think its really affordable and worth it. You guys won't regret eating here , please support this restaurant if you can cause you wont regret spending your money here . ( if you're seeing this review auntie , im the boy who took the takeout earlier , i felt really bad becz i didnt know the portion was damn big , considering ur service and how u treat customer i wish i could tip u , but i will if i come back !!!! )

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The service was extremely disappointing, especially from a short, heavy-set Malay lady who was serving us. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. We only ordered one sizzling beef and waited for more than 30 minutes. When the food finally arrived, they brought us three portions, and a fourth was about to be served until we stopped her. Instead of apologizing for the obvious mistake, she insisted that we had ordered them and looked visibly annoyed, as if we were the ones at fault. We told her we did not want the extra dishes and asked to cancel them. She refused, saying the order could not be canceled because the ingredients had already been prepared. That explanation simply doesn’t make sense. If the ingredients had already been prepared, why did we have to wait for over 30 minutes just for the first dish? Not only was the service poor, but the staff also showed no accountability for their mista

Lets categorize this review. Food It was just meh, there aint much selection of items given the premium price paid, the wagyu was mainly fats as depicted in the picture. Service This is where i draw the line. There is no customer service at all. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, this lady wearing cap lacks manners when talking. With each questions asked, the annoyance tone cames in. Its my first time here, its normal for customers to ask as we dont know how it works. When asked for meat refill and what type is available, i just got the stank reply all is refillable without much explaination (ie, marinated or shabu slices). Staffs also are nowhere to be seen on the floor, kinda tough to flag down for assistance. Atmosphere. Kinda noisy with the radio playing, but the worst is the lack of ventilation fan to absorb the smoke from the grill. Went home with smoke perfume. For RM90 per pax plus the RM9 grill option added per table. I find myself hard to patron again.
