simply great! we had one night in Santiago and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. right from the beginning we were greeted by the most charming hosts and we could choose the window seats that allowed us to watch the kitchen staff work their magic we opted for the 6 course tasting menu that included Clams, a salad variation, puerros, fish and meat and a fantastic dessert: the violet meringues are heavenly. all dishes were refined yet not over-engineered. simple fresh tastes nicely combined - pure happiness. we tasted their homemade kombucha and as well the kefir - both went well wit

Early dinner in Santiago and this place was the cherry on top for our trip. We diced to go for the set menu as we wanted to try different things. Teh highlight for me were the berberechos with chicken broth...amazing!! Then the meat was fantastic too and the cheesecake of the abuela with the lavender merengue was WILD!! I fell in love with this place. I hope I can go back at some point in my life.

I was excited to try the award winning Japan burger. I'd eaten at Michelin star burger restaurant, Minetta Tavern, in NYC and also supposedly one of the best in the US, Au Cheval, in Chicago. So I was excited. But nope, not for me. Maybe the front of house could've given me the unsolicited lecture on how to best order burgers in other places in Spain (I'm half Spanish, visit regularly....) BEFORE I ordered, rather than after, when it would actually have been useful. I asked for rare, thinking it would still have a crust, still have texture. It was just cold inside, no crust, all soft. I don't

Really really fabulous food. Small servings, but so much to share. Eggplant in yoghurt sauce, leeks with cheese sauce. We went for lunch and came back for dinner, to try the chef's tasting menu. It was just amazing. 6 courses cooked to perfection by the team here. Such intelligent and thoughtful cooking. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was professional and so kind. Very highly recommended. Is go back in a second.
