Had such a cozy and authentic Swiss dining experience at Café du Grütli. The atmosphere is warm and charming, with that classic European feel that makes you want to stay for hours. We ordered the fondue and it was absolutely perfect—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Everything felt very traditional and well done. The rest of the dishes were also delicious, beautifully presented, and generous in portion. The service is very friendly and personal, which made the experience feel even more special. Would definitely come back!

For 52 CHF, the beef fillet/ steak is so so good! Very tender meat, not too bloody (I ordered a medium), tastes great with the butter! Nice friendly staff, will defo dine in if I come to Lausanne again!

Love the food and service! Showed up without a reservation (better to make one), and they did their best to accommodate. The food was good. The steak is one of the most tender I've ever had. And how do you not eat cheese fondue in one of the capitals of cheese right? The service was fantastic, they were genuinely warm, prompt, attentive, and as I said earlier, accommodative as best they can. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in Luassane again.

Extremely nice place to have a dinner. We called for a last minute reservation for seven people and this was immediately possible. The restaurant was almost full and the staff were busy but despite this, the service was amazingly friendly. They made time for us and showed us how to eat the fondue best. When in Lausanne I recommend you to visit this restaurant. It’s also in a nice location in the old part of town.
