Whoever assembled this burger deserves an award—for proving that it’s possible to make a Whopper look like it lost a fight before it even left the kitchen. The lettuce was practically a whole leaf, the burger was thrown together, and the presentation was… memorable. Thanks for the burger. I especially enjoyed the surprise cabbage parcel and the two hockey pucks pretending to be beef patties. Truly a five-star culinary experience.

Very disappointing experience at Burger King in Lucerne train station. I ordered a medium meal and was shocked by how small the fries portion was. Honestly, a McDonald’s Happy Meal seems to come with more fries. Considering Burger King is already expensive in Switzerland, I expected much better value for the money. To make matters worse, the burger was served cold and didn’t taste fresh at all. The overall quality was far below what I would expect from a major fast-food chain. Very cool located BurgerKing with professinal and kind staff-especially GIULYA :) the food is swiss high quality and served in precision time like a Rolex watch :) Chilli cheese fries is my favourite snack while whatching swiss trains, how cool is this :) BurgerKing Luzern is my favourite place to be
