Julia Strukova★Today I visited Nero Aberdeen Union street, next to the Music Hall. I’m a regular customer. I have visited this cafe for three years. I have an app which in which I verified my student discount so when I buy coffee I get a small discount. Today I scanned the app and discount didn’t work. When I ask a guy on a till why, he told me they don’t take student discount. I’m using this app for 2 years and I definitely know there is a student discount. When I politely asked him to provide me with any information he just repeated the same twice and tried to refund me. I genuinely wanted to know why my
